Interpretive Centre

Our Interpretive Centre provides a visual display on how the cave was first formed, the discovery of the cave by the early pioneers and the opening.

The kiosk has drinks, snacks and souvenirs for purchase.

The cave is only 300 metres from the Glenelg River which offers unsurpassed scenery, fishing, canoeing and boating.

Walking trails from 20 minutes to 2 hours leave from the information centre offering views of the river and local fauna and flora and the Glenelg River gorge.

Glenelg River Cruises leave from Nelson at 1.00pm and make their way up  river to the cave on a scenic and leisurely 1 ½ hour cruise. (Glenelg River Cruises (08) 8738 4191)
